Global real estate services firm JLL has made six promotions in the South West as it continues to invest in its regional offering.

The individuals are drawn from teams covering value & risk advisory, project and development services, property & asset management, capital markets and development & regeneration.

Mark Walter, pictured, is the new head of the South West in the residential value & risk advisory team, having previously served as residential valuations lead for the region, while Hannah Sequeira has joined him as a director for UK project and development services.

George Courtenay-Stamp and Manon Fry are now associates for UK value & risk advisory and property & asset management respectively.

Will Robinson and Martha Freer have also been appointed to senior surveyor roles in the capital markets and development & regeneration teams.

JLL head of South West & Wales, Tim Harris, said: “As the region’s business community gears up both for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the economy, it’s critical we stand ready to support them with our expertise, experience and dedication to exceeding the standards they expect from us.

“This latest wave of promotions is not only testament to our commitment to supporting businesses in the South West, but also to our people. I look forward to watching all six continue their development and supporting them on their career journey.”

JLL has 31 UK offices, including in Bristol, from which it covers the South West, and Cardiff.
