National law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has appointed a new family law solicitor to its Bristol office.
Satya Bagga joins from Bristol and Portishead firm Metcalfes Solicitors as a newly qualified solicitor to the family law team. 
She has recently completed a focused training contract with a 12-month seat in the family law practice and three months in the private client and Court of Protection practices respectively.
Before that, Satya had already operated in a fee-earning capacity responsible for her own clients during a two-years stint as a family paralegal with Burroughs Day in Bristol, which was bought out of administration by Metcalfes.

She is a member of Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems.
Earlier this year the team, headed by highly regarded partner Nicola Walker, recruited associate Marjha Golding-Evans from Metcalfes.

Nationally, the family team has grown rapidly in the past 12 months as the result of a successful recruitment drive.
Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth, which has 14 offices across the UK, was the only national law firm ranked in the top tier by eprivateclient. The Lawyer’s litigation tracker also named it as the leading private client litigation firm.
