A cross-firm team of lawyers from Foot Anstey has advised the UK’s fastest-growing cyber security specialists Integrity360 on an acquisition that forms part of its pan-European expansion plan.
The takeover of London-based Caretower’s UK and Bulgarian businesses means Integrity36 now has 300-plus employees, including 200 cybersecurity engineers, analysts, consultants and specialists.
The firm, which is backed by private equity house August Equity, has offices in Dublin, London and New York.
Already the largest cyber security business in Ireland, it is increasing expanding across Europe.
Foot Anstey head of corporate and private equity Matt Stoate and associate Emma Clayton led its multi-disciplinary team on the acquisition.

Foot Anstey, which has offices in Bristol, Exeter, London, Plymouth, Southampton, Taunton and Truro, advises clients in sectors spanning development, energy and infrastructure to Islamic finance and retail and consumer.
