National property agency Savills has promoted director Paddy Hales to become head of its Bristol office.
Paddy, pictured, takes over the role from Peter Clayton, who has been at the helm for the past three years. Peter will continue to lead Bristol’s retail team.
Paddy joined Savills in 2005 when it acquired Mansfield Elstob Main and has since been working as a director in the investment team alongside Andrew Main and Andrew Phillips.
Savills UK and Europe CEO Mark Ridley said: “Paddy has been a key part of the Bristol office since he joined us and I am delighted that he is now augmenting his position further as head of office.
“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Peter for his dedication and commitment to growing the Bristol office during his time at the helm.”
Paddy added: “After more than a decade with Savills I am both proud and excited to be taking on the role as Head of Office. Savills Bristol continues to grow in terms of both staff and market presence and the opportunity to lead this continued expansion is something I look forward to.”
