The business space lease advisory team in the Bristol office of international property agency Colliers has been boosted by the appointment of senior surveyor Amy Bracey.
Amy has joined from the investment property management (IPM) team in the same office, where she was involved in liaising with landlords and tenants across a range of portfolios, with a focus on realising asset values and identifying asset management initiatives.
Colliers has a policy of developing its own talent, so when it was decided to augment the business space lease advisory team it decided to appoint Amy.
Colliers International head of South West and Wales Tim Davies said her previous experience in the IPM team will be invaluable in her new role.
“Our business space lease advisory team, led by director Chris Dawson, is renowned for its excellent work in re-gears, reviews and renewals for landlords and tenants,” he said.
“We know from her achievements when working in IPM that Amy will ensure the consistently high quality of service to clients that is a hallmark of Colliers Bristol, and which we believe has been a key factor in the record results posted by this office for the first half of this year.”
