SETsquared Bristol, the world-leading incubator, is to stage an advice session for anyone with a great tech business idea but do not know where to start.
The event, on March 10 at Easton Community Centre, is also aimed that those who are unsure what to do next to grow their tech company.
The session – the latest in SETsquared Bristol’s #Idea2Pitch series – will be led by its entrepreneur-in-residence Greville Commins, who will help participants hone their ideas and shape them into a pitch for gaining interest or support for their venture.
The event is designed for non-SETsquared members and tech founders or aspiring tech entrepreneurs of all levels and backgrounds are welcome to apply to attend.
Session include an interactive workshop on what makes a good business idea, and how to pitch it for maximum effect, along with an introduction to SETsquared, the recognised as global No.1 university-backed business incubator.
Among those attending a recent #Idea2Pitch was Angela Loveridge, founder of Cyber Scholars, which is identifying the next generation of cyber security professionals. She said: “The content and delivery were absolutely brilliant. It really helped me to sum up and convey my business idea in a way that’s more aligned to my target audience.
“I would recommend this workshop to anyone who’s looking for a way to communicate what they’re doing in a succinct and yet engaging way.”
