Property agency Knight Frank has promoted Nick Snowden to partner in its recently-formed residential valuation, investment & development national division, which is based in its Bristol office.
The move is in response to a period of sustained recovery in the residential development market and the re-emerging mixed-
use development market.
This follows last year’s consolidation of the residential development consultancy into its Bristol regional office and complements recent key appointments in retail investment and building consultancy.
In addition, senior surveyor in the office agency team Andy Smith has been promoted to associate.
Head of the Knight Frank Bristol office Steve Oades said: “These promotions are well deserved. We are fortunate enough to have some very talented people within the Bristol office and these promotions are in recognition of this.”
