Bristol-based commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has made 15 promotions, including two new partners, following another successful year for the firm.
In the past year, during which it celebrated its 100th anniversary, Hartnell Taylor Cook has welcomed a number of new clients and broadened the scope of its services across its London and Bristol offices.
New partners Richard Saunders and Matthew Sharkey will further bolster the firm’s growing agency and building consultancy practices while 13 further promotions have been made across its agency, consultancy, property management, and facility management teams.
Managing partner Stuart Howell said: “It’s been a very strong year for Hartnell Taylor Cook, with growth across all our key service areas, and it’s great to be able to welcome Matt and Richard to the partnership, alongside a wider round of well-deserved promotions.

Among the promotions are new directors Tom Gable and Ed O’Grady, new senior associate directors, Jack Bonnick and Jonathan Moore and new associate directors, Victoria Perkins, Harry Perrey and Joe Woodley, while Molly Dibble, James Frost and Ollie Hodgson have become senior surveyors.
Within the facilities management team, Adam Drysdale has been promoted to senior facilities manager, Adam Ferguson will take the role of coordination associate and Charlotte Armato has received a promotion to associate client accountant.

One of the mainstays of Bristol’s commercial property market, it manages more than 3m sq ft of offices across the ‘big six’ regional cities and 1m sq ft in central London.
It also provides services to a range of national clients including Marks and Spencer, Tesco and ATS Euromaster, while in its South West heartland, it works with private sector clients such as Legal & General and Travelodge as well as private investor clients and has a growing reputation as public sector bodies.
