A firm with a groundbreaking approach to building healthier, happier and high-performing workplaces is in the running for a major business award.

Kuutch was founded by workplace wellbeing and leadership specialist Samantha Tremlin, pictured, with a mission to redefine corporate wellness by blending science with holistic practices.

This integrated wellness and workforce transformation of businesses has been recognised through a shortlisting in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Often referred to as the Grammys of entrepreneurship, the awards celebrate the achievements of the UK’s most dynamic and innovative businesses.

Yate-based Kuutch, which takes its name from the Welsh word ‘cwtch’ – embodying warmth, nurture and a feeling of home – is on the six-strong shortlist for the Global Entrepreneur of the Year (South West) category.

Each year the awards receive thousands of applications, reflecting the competitive nature and high standard of the competition.

Kuutch founder Samantha Tremlin said the firm’s approach went beyond employee wellbeing by tackling excessive workloads, inefficiencies and leadership challenges that limit success.

The firm offers a suite of services, including consultancy, coaching, leadership development, mental health support, technology solutions, and holistic health.

Its Conscious Leadership Programme and interactive Lunch and Learn sessions cover key topics such as financial wellbeing, menopause awareness, personal development and mindfulness – addressing both personal and organisational factors affecting workplace stress.

“We’re truly honoured to be named a finalist for this award,” said Samantha.

“For me, the success of every business isn’t just about performance, profit and metrics – it’s about how people are thinking, feeling and showing up each day, both in and out of the office.

“This recognition reflects our mission to create resilient workplaces where people genuinely feel valued and supported.

“When employees can be well, they’re able to do well, and that’s what drives sustainable success.”

The awards ceremony takes place on Monday at London’s prestigious Grosvenor House.

The event is the largest entrepreneurial celebration in the UK, providing a platform for businesses to connect, celebrate and champion the spirit of entrepreneurship.
