Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has added six new graduates to its Bristol office, reinforcing its commitment to recruiting the brightest and best talent from the graduate market.

Matt Drummond and Chris Knowles have joined its global outsourcing division, which has grown its revenue by 25% over the past year to solidify its position as the largest operation in the South West. Seven new recruits also joined the team earlier this year.

Two of the other graduates, Siobhan Jenkins and Kristina Yordanova, have strengthened BDO’s audit team, while Corina Butcaru and Lauren Hitchcock have joined the tax and business restructuring divisions respectively.

BDO Bristol Partner Graham Randall said: “We are very pleased to welcome our newest recruits to the team. Graduate programmes are a key focus for the firm and enable joiners to study towards professional qualifications while gaining practical experience and commercial awareness, and benefiting from tailored training programmes covering both technical and client-facing skills.

“We accept applications from those who have already graduated or those who are studying for a post-graduate qualification, as well as final year students.”

Having moved to Bristol in 2005, BDO has achieved strong growth and now employs more than 100 staff. Earlier this year it relocated its office to the 5th  floor of the new 110,000 sq ft Bridgewater House at Finzels Reach.
