Global real estate advisor CBRE is celebrating the ongoing success of its graduate scheme with two members of its Bristol office being promoted to surveyors. 
Hannah Hicks and Stuart Blick joined CBRE’s South West team in recent years as new graduates.
Hannah, pictured right, is now a member of the property management team, while Stuart, pictured below, is working with its building consultancy.
As part of their training, they have been supported in successfully completing their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), earning them their new roles.
Hannah said: “CBRE’s graduate scheme is second to none. I’ve had the pleasure of rotating around the business across different service lines, working with an expansive list of clients.
“I could not have asked for better mentorship and training in the lead up to my APC and the early years of my career.”
Stuart added: “I owe a lot to my team for all the support and help they’ve given me throughout the process. I need to buy many people a beer once we’re allowed face-to-face get-togethers again.” 
Also working with Hannah in property management is Alex Hayman, the newest member of CBRE’s Bristol office via the graduate scheme.

CBRE UK’s latest APC cohort across all its eight UK offices achieved a 100% pass rate. As well as its graduate programme, the firm also offers apprenticeships and internships.
CBRE employs more than 75,000 in around 450 offices worldwide. It offers a broad range of integrated services spanning facilities, transaction and project management to property management and sales.
