Specialist property consultancy GL Hearn has expanded its South West team to meet a growing portfolio of instructions across the region. 
Lucy White, pictured top right, has joined GL Hearn – part of Capita Real Estate – as a planning associate director, having worked in the Bristol consultancy market with RPS and Origin3 for the past 16 years on a range of high-profile public and private sector clients.
Sarah Fordham, pictured bottom right, has taken up a senior planner role having previously worked with the RPS Bristol team. She has experience working in the public sector, as a planning officer for South Gloucestershire Council.
Lucy said: “I’m thrilled to be joining GL Hearn and Capita. The Bristol office is growing quickly and it’s great to get the opportunity to work on such a wide variety of projects and clients.”
