Daniel Cuthbert said: “David is a fantastic addition to the team and we look forward to working with him as we continue to build and strengthen our UK property litigation capabilities.”
David added: “I am absolutely delighted to join Freeths. From the first moment I met with the team I could immediately see the energy and ambition that they have. This is evident from the rapid growth of the Bristol office over the past three years.
“It is an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment where lawyers are given the freedom to grow and develop their practice. I very much look forward to doing just that with the real estate litigation team for years to come.”
