Bristol businesses innovating in the health and care sectors can learn how to commercialise their products or services by taking part in a free eight-week training programme.
Hosted by Health Innovation West of England, the organisation tasked with putting healthcare innovation at the heart of the NHS in the region, the course is designed to support businesses seeking wider adoption and scale for their innovations.
Starting on 10 October, the West of England Commercialisation Academy will offer participants weekly workshops guiding them through the development of their strategic commercialisation plans.
It will be staged in partnership with Triple Chasm, a Cambridge-based management consultancy that has developed a holistic data-driven framework following research into around 3,000 products taken to market.
The course is open to companies, individuals innovators and voluntary community and social enterprises with an adoption-ready health and care innovation with some level of early traction, ideally already selling into the NHS.
They can be based anywhere in the UK.
