International law firm Osborne Clarke has strengthened its real estate team in Bristol with the appointment of Colin Stratton as partner.
Colin joins from regional firm Thrings where he spent 11 years, heading its Bristol office as a partner and also leading its local commercial property team.
Prior to this he worked for Bevan Brittan (then Bevan Ashford) and Cardiff City Council, where he qualified in 2000. He will start with Osborne Clarke on May 1.
He is ranked highly in respected law sector directories Legal 500 and Chambers, where he is described as an ‘expert in development land transactions’.
He specialises in commercial and residential development and regeneration work, acting for commercial and residential developers, housebuilders, entrepreneurs, land traders and landowners, as well as the public sector.
