Accountancy group Smith & Williamson has bolstered its corporate practice in Bristol with the appointment of Tom Clamp as a partner.
Tom joins from HSBC where over the past seven years he has held a number of senior roles, including director, providing debt finance to support a wide range of private equity and corporate transactions. Prior to that he was a member of the corporate finance advisory team at accountants Deloitte.
Smith & Williamson Bristol partner Martyn Fraser, who heads the corporate finance practice, said: “Tom’s appointment is another milestone in the growth of our team and provides a further boost to the strength and breadth of the services we offer.
