International commercial property agency Cushman & Wakefield has made five promotions in its Bristol office.
Jessica Steevens (retail asset services) becomes a partner, Bradley Stone and Stephanie Passey (both development & planning) are now associates while Mark Balchin (valuation) and Charles Swanson (logistics & industrial) are both now senior surveyors.
Across the UK, 127 promotions were made in a range of markets, skill lines and functions, including six promoted to international partner; 38 to partner, 36 to associate/associate director, 42 to senior surveyor and five to surveyor.
