Law firm Ashfords has launched a family team in Bristol with the appointment of Samantha Newton as a senior associate.
Samantha, pictured, has joined from rival Thrings, where she trained and worked for nearly seven years, most recently as a senior associate in its Bath office.
Described by legal directories as an ‘exceptional lawyer’ and ‘first-class solicitor’, Samantha provides expert advice on all areas of family law, specialising in divorce, dissolution and separation, and related financial and children matters.
She also has extensive experience in relationship planning advice, including the preparation of nuptial and cohabitation agreements, dealing with wider family disputes, disputes involving unmarried cohabiting couples, injunctive relief and protection.
