Specialist surveying and construction consultancy Rund Partnership has appointed Stuart Binnie to its Bristol office as associate director.
Rund launched its Bristol office last year in response to increasing client demand for the firm’s multidisciplinary services.
The firm provides professional consultancy services across the UK to improve the quality of modern construction, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard with the end user in mind.
Its Bristol office – it’s fourth after London, Birmingham, and Southampton – is now growing rapidly with Stuart’s appointment strengthening Rund’s presence across the South West.
Stuart, pictured, brings more than 30 years’ experience to his new role, having previously specialised in quantity surveying, project management and development management for global consultancies, including Gleeds and Rider Levett Bucknall.
He has also managed his own SME construction consultancy, providing support to businesses at all stages of a project lifecycle.
Among his key focuses in his new role will be to continue to develop and work with Rund’s clients on projects in Bristol and across the South West while also seeking new opportunities.
Rund managing director Richard Mussell said: “We are delighted to welcome Stuart to the business, where his experience and knowledge of quantity surveying and project management, in the UK and beyond, will further strengthen our mission to create value for each of our clients through our team of experienced industry professionals.
“He will also play a key part in our business development as we look to expand the company’s growing project portfolio.”
Stuart added: “I was already aware of Rund’s excellent reputation within the employer’s agent and quantity surveying sectors, so I was truly delighted when the opportunity arose to manage growth within the Bristol office.
“I’m looking forward to passing on my knowledge to an already talented team and seeing what we can achieve together for our clients.”
Rund’s services span building consultancy, project management and employer’s agent to clerk of works, contract administration, site inspection, cost consultancy, health and safety and sustainability.
