Property agency Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Allan McCabe as facilities manager within its growing property management team in Bristol.
Allan, pictured, who joins from Vinci Facilities, has 26 years’ experience in facilities management. At LSH he will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of facilities management (FM) services for properties across the South West.
Regional head of property and asset management in LSH’s South West region, Darren Clarke, said: “Allan’s appointment highlights the continuing investment in our team, both locally and nationally.
“His valuable experience and expertise in this sector will help to service FM requirements within our portfolio as new assets come under our management.”
Allan said: “I am delighted to be joining the Lambert Smith Hampton team here in Bristol. I am looking forward to managing a wide variety of properties and playing a part in developing the portfolio of services we offer as the FM team continues to grow.”
