Autograph Homes managing director Simon Taylor said: “Ian takes on a vital role with us as we continue to place the highest importance on building homes that stand out from the crowd, and most definitely fit for the future, combining low carbon technologies with forward thinking design.
“We are delighted to welcome him to our growing team.”
Independently-owned Autograph Homes has been behind a number of major schemes in Bristol and Somerset in recent years, including The Old Library complex of studios and apartments on Cheltenham Road, Cotham, and ViewPoint in Totterdown, where it is building three-bedroom townhouses and one and two-bedroom apartments.
It is also planning to build energy-efficient, low carbon homes at Norton Farm, near Cribbs Causeway.
