Bristol commercial property firm Hartnell Taylor Cook is marking its 90th anniversary by unveiling ambitious expansion plans for 2013 and launching a new website.
The independent firm, with 100 staff in offices in Bristol, London and Plymouth, is also taking on new recruits to keep up with demand for its services.
Bristol office partner Simon Harvey said: “We’ve seen a lot of consolidation in recent years which has led many firms to shift their attention from regional and UK-wide markets to a more global focus.
“However, we’re very proud to have been able to retain our independent status, which has always stood us in good stead throughout Bristol and the rest of the South West and which is reflected in the sheer scale of clients with whom we work, from relatively small instructions up to large household name brands.
“What’s more, our size means we can offer the full gamut of commercial property services and yet still be incredibly fast-moving and responsive to our clients when compared to our larger counterparts.”
The firm recently won the contract to manage the Co-op’s entire portfolio of non-operational properties in the South West – one of the largest managed portfolios in the entire region.
It has also announced plans to expand its London operation by moving from its Conduit Street office to larger accommodation in Chandos Street.
