Bristol Food Connections, in conjunction with city-based law firm Gregg Latchams, is hosting a day-long Business Bootcamp next week to help people grow their own business, with advice from key experts.
From the do’s and don’ts of marketing and PR to what is needed to know to gain investment and funding, participants can book onto individual sessions or take part in the full day of workshops which includes the added bonus of breakfast and lunch.
Experts from Gregg Latchams will also be at the event to provide advice, helping businesses expand their scale, offer and customer base.
Masterclasses on the day include:
- What are the opportunities for Bristol as a food tourism destination?
- The dos and don’ts of marketing and PR
- How to scale a sustainable food business and food start-up stories
- What you need to know about investment and funding
- Glamstagram – the pros and pitfalls of food Instagram
The bootcamp takes place at Colston Hall, Colston Street, on Friday June 14, between 9am and 7pm.
