Firms will be able to get expert advice on a range of typical issues affecting growing businesses – ranging from finance to exporting , employing staff and finding premises – at an event in Bristol next month.
Organisers of Drive for Success promises to provide businesses with the ultimate guide to the next stage in their business journey at the half-day event.
Staged by Business West and Bristol-based funding platform Alternative Business Funding (ABF) in the city’s Engine Shed innovation hub on Wednesday October 16 from 8am, the event will cover key stages of a business journey including starting up, growing fast and building for the future.
Advice on each stage of the business journey will be delivered by industry experts specialising in SME advice and services, including:
- Cassie Yates, project manager in Business West’s enterprise team
- Adam Tavener, chairman, Alternative Business Funding
- Paul Warrilow, corporate consultant at TorFX currency brokers
- John Sharpe, South West and South Wales manager, ThinCats
- Andrew Garvey, chief commercial office of bookkeeping firm Countingup
- Tom Seymour, regional director of cashflow finance firm GapCap
