A number of Triodos customers and partners will have stalls and exhibitions, giving attendees the chance to see some of the businesses and organisations the bank helps fund.
Exhibitioners already confirmed include Bristol-based the Soil Association, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Plush Chocolates, Ecotricity and Send a Cow.
Triodos Bank head of personal banking Huw Davies said: “Finance can be a dry subject, so the aim of this event is to get people more excited about it by showing them a bit more about who we are, who we work with and why we are different.
“We are really pleased with the level of interest. There are more exhibititors than ever before and we have some great guest speakers lined up in Camila, Patrick and Jeremy.”
Camila will be talking about the true cost of poverty, asking if it is possible to put a price on a happy childhood, Patrick will look at the price we are really paying for cheap food and Jeremy will explore the benefits of the transition to a low carbon economy.
Huw will also be speaking at the event, discussing the real cost and true value of finance alongside Triodos Bank’s head of business banking Rebecca Pritchard.
