Andrews Property Group, the Keynsham-headquartered estate agency and housing business, has landed an independent seal of excellence in recognition of its customer service.
The firm, which has nearly 60 estate agent offices across the South of England, earned the Feefo Trusted Service Award for its delivery of exceptional experiences, as rated by customers.
Andrews uses the independent Feefo customer review platform to collect ratings from customers who have used their services.
The criteria for the award – which is open to all businesses using Feefo – further stipulated that Andrews must collect at least 50 reviews between January 1 and December 31 last year with a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 out of five.
Feefo is widely viewed as a powerful customer service tool as it generates the reviews not the business that is using it.
Andrews group chief executive David Westgate said: “Andrews has a heritage of always delivering a stand-out service to its customers, partners and the communities in which it operates.
“But it’s always nice to have this reaffirmed by an external party – especially one like Feefo that is focused on measuring and recognising the delivery of exceptional service.
