Bristol-based independent property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook (HTC) has made two key appointments as it seeks to further strengthen its burgeoning property management team.
Sara Brooks, pictured, returns to work in the UK following a spell in Dubai, where she worked with global real estate advisers CBRE and a private firm undertaking multi-let office management.
With more than 10 years’ experience in property management, Sara joins HTC’s property & asset management team to work on the firm’s growing regional office portfolio.
Meanwhile, Kevin Mills has joined from National Car Parks (NCP) and will assist Edward Fenwick-Moore on managing the Co-operative portfolio across the South of England. Kevin has more than 15 years’ experience in property management.
HTC’s property management team now has more than 3m sq ft of multi-let grade A office accommodation under management.
HTC partner Jonathan Marwood said: “Our property management work for high net worth individuals, family offices and property companies has seen significant growth in recent years in respect of multi-let offices predominantly in London and the big six regional cities.
“Sara will bolster the regional team. Kevin has come in to focus on the Co-operative estate within our retail offering, another growing area.”
Sara Brooks added: “I’m really looking forward to getting to know the market in full and working with the team to provide the levels of expertise that the firm is renowned for.”
Kevin Mills said: “It’s great to join Hartnell Taylor Cook at such an exciting time and, in particular, I’m looking forward to working with one of the most respected names in UK business.”
