Specialist corporate law firm Greenaway Scott has promoted associate director Lorna Bolton, who heads its Bristol office, to director.
The firm, which focuses on fast-growth clients and mergers and acquisitions, launched the office at Temple Quay last autumn – adding to its existing regional offices in Cardiff and Swansea and a satellite presence in Oxford and London.
Lorna joined Greenaway Scott, part of the GS Verde Group, in 2016 and has played an integral role in its rapid growth over the past two years.
Also promoted to director is Leanne Thomas, who joined Greenaway Scott’s Swansea and West office in 2017.
Lorna said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been appointed a director of Greenaway Scott, a firm which has already achieved outstanding success and of which I am extremely passionate about.
“I look forward to continuing my career alongside the inspirational leadership team.”
Greenaway Scott founder and senior commercial director Rhian Osborne said: “Both Lorna and Leanne are highly valued members of our team and have a great amount of passion, commitment and enthusiasm which they have shown in their roles within Greenaway Scott.
“We look forward to seeing them develop and grow even further and are happy to welcome them to the director’s table.”
