Bristol-based Harbourside Corporate Finance has promoted Ricki Critchell to director to support its ongoing expansion.
Launched last autumn as the South West’s newest corporate finance boutique, Harbourside is built around regional accountancy firm Milsted Langdon’s experienced team.
Ricki, pictured, joined this team as a manager just over five years ago and has since worked on numerous significant deals, helping businesses access funding and grow.
Her promotion from corporate finance specialist to director recognises her influential role in the creation of Harbourside and its recent growth.
She said: “I am excited to be taking this next stage in my career and looking forward to assisting more clients in my new role as a director as well as working with colleagues to drive further growth.
“I’m proud of the many successful outcomes I have achieved for clients over the past five years, helping them to navigate through the often-unchartered waters of buying, selling, or financing their business and working as part of such a fun and supportive team has enabled my career to thrive.”
Ricki works closely with fellow Harbourside director Olly Pullin and the firm’s managing partner Susannah Adams to deliver an outstanding service to a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors.
Susannah added: “Ricki is an incredibly talented corporate finance advisor and is passionate about achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
“I look forward to seeing what she can achieve in her new role.”
While Harbourside has full operational autonomy and independence, it remains integrally connected to Milsted Langdon, which has offices in offices in Bristol, Bath, London, Taunton and Yeovil.
