The Bristol office of regional law firm Ashfords has advised cloud-based platform Form3 on its innovative partnership with Starling Bank, the first mobile-only bank to launch a current account in the UK.
The tie-up will enable Starling Bank clients to make and receive faster payment cost-effectively, quickly and reliably via the cloud using Form3’s end-to-end Payments-as-a-Service.
City of London-based Form3 was set up last year to take on the challenge of making payments easier, faster and cheaper. It works with fintechs firms and established banks to create faster payment methods using the cloud.
Ashfords Bristol-based associate Suzie Miles, pictured, said: “This partnership will transform the way in which people can use and access faster payments and payment services under a single contract as one service.
“We are delighted to have advised Form3 on their fantastic partnership with Starling Bank, which compliments both parties and we look forward to seeing the relationship develop.”
