National law firm Bevan Brittan, which has an office in Bristol, has won another major award for its work in the health and social care sector after being nominated by a client for its service and expertise.
The firm topped the legal category in the Social Care Premier Supplier Awards, which celebrate excellence among suppliers to the sector. 
The triumph comes two months after it was named Legal Advisor of the Year –Transactional at the HealthInvestor Awards – the fifth consecutive year it had won a HealthInvestor award.
Bevan Brittan regulatory partner Siwan Griffiths, pictured, said: “The legal and regulatory issues our social care clients have faced during the pandemic have been challenging.
“Our clients are already under huge pressure dealing with the pandemic, so our aim has been to help take some of the pressure off by guiding them through the rapidly evolving legal issues. 
“It’s always great to win an award but it is especially rewarding when our own clients nominate us, as that shows we are delivering the service they need and we will continue to do that.”
Bevan Brittan works with 170 independent health and social care operators and major health and social care suppliers, funders and investors on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions.
The firm’s multi-disciplinary health and social care team has more than 60 partners and 200 lawyers specialising in corporate and commercial, property, litigation, regulatory, patient safety and employment legal advice.
Bevan Brittan, which employs nearly 300 people in Bristol, also has offices in London, Leeds and Birmingham.
