Bristol-based independent public relations and communications agency AMBITIOUS has landed a major national PR award – thanks to feedback from its clients.
The agency, founded in 2013 by Bristol PR stalwarts Lis Anderson and Mel Beeby Clarke, was awarded Best Public Relations Agency (under 40 staff) at the RAR Awards 2018.
The awards are staged by industry title The Drum and attract more than 55,000 ratings left by brands and client-side businesses.
Ratings cover all aspects of agency delivery from client service and creativity to overall performance and value.
AMBITIOUS director Lis Anderson said: “This is the first time we’ve taken part in the RAR Awards, so we’re incredibly proud to be handed the top spot for PR.
“Outstanding client service is central to everything we do at AMBITIOUS and all of our team work hard to deliver that. To receive such high praise from our clients means a great deal and testament to everyone’s efforts. We’re made up!”
This award comes on the back of a series of trophy wins for AMBITIOUS with the PR-led consultancy picking up Gold at the CIPR Pride Awards and a Top 50 Adviser title with Enterprise Nation.
AMBITIOUS, which employs 10 people, has been shortlisted in the PRCA DARE Awards for Best Event & Launch 2018. Winners will be announced in June.
