James Fothergill, the former development manager at South Gloucestershire property developer Terramond, has joined rival Change Real Estate as it expands its interests in Bristol.
Kent-based Change Real Estate is progressing major mixed use developments in Bristol city centre at Sampson Court and Redcliffe Square – the company’s first in the city – as well as developing the iconic Georgian Redcliffe Parade West.
James, pictured, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, brings more than 30 years’ experience of the property and development industry to Change Real Estate and has led a range of developments around Bristol at previous firms Terramond, and AWG Developments.
Schemes include grade A offices at Lysander House, Bristol; Rockingham Park, Avonmouth, North Bristol Park, and Poplar Park in Avonmouth as well as developments in Cardiff, Birmingham and Italy.
James said: “The opportunity to work with Change Real Estate to deliver successful and desirable developments is an opportunity I am relishing.”
