Global real estate advisor CBRE has strengthened the valuation capability in its Bristol office with a number of new hires.
The team, which has a focus on the residential market, offers a dedicated resource for valuation and advisory support.
This ranges from single family housing, build-to-rent, affordable housing, development advice and student accommodation – making it the largest residential valuation team in the region.
It is headed by new joiner Adam Greenwood, pictured, a senior director who previously spent more than 16 years with JLL in Bristol – the last nine as head of residential valuation for the South West.
Adam is supported by associate director Steph Passey, who has moved from CBRE’s development and residential capital markets team.
They have been joined by three new recruits – all recruited from JLL – director Kate Hollick, associate director Lauren Baddeley and associate surveyor Klaudia Gorz.
The Bristol team work alongside existing residential valuations teams at CBRE’s Birmingham and Southampton offices, as well as the firm’s wider UK Living business.
CBRE executive director valuation & advisory Richard Eames, who spearheaded the creation of the team in Bristol, said: “There is growing demand from clients in need of support in all aspects of the living sector.
“By creating a dedicated team that is focused on this specific market, we can offer specialist support across the region.
“The team will work alongside our well-established and successful existing commercial valuation team and will be able to draw on that expertise where needed.”
The world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, CBRE employs around 115,000 people in 450 offices worldwide, including eight in the UK.
It offers a broad range of integrated services spanning facilities, transaction and project management to property management and sales.
