Tom Morris, head of global real estate advisor CBRE’s Bristol office, is to become managing director for its Midlands & South region.
In his new role, Tom, pictured, will be responsible for the overall management, strategic direction and growth of the business across CBRE’s offices in Birmingham and Southampton as well as Bristol, overseeing a team of 150 staff. 
He started his career at CBRE in 2008 after graduating from UWE Bristol and has since gained experience in consultancy and agency.
He went on to become head of the Bristol office – which covers the South West and South Wales – in 2018.
Tom will take over the Midlands & South role from Martin Guest, who is taking on leadership of CBRE’s public sector team.
Martin, who has worked at CBRE for more than 25 years, will lead a team of public sector experts across the UK to further capitalise on the opportunities the sector presents.

CBRE employs more than 75,000 in around 450 offices worldwide, including eight in the UK. It offers a broad range of integrated services spanning facilities, transaction and project management to property management and sales.
