Property advisory firm CBRE has appointed Tom Morris as associate director of the capital markets team in its Bristol office.
Tom, pictured, has moved into his new role from CBRE’s valuation team. He will now be responsible for advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of their real estate assets, helping them to maximise the value of their investments.
Having joined CBRE’s graduate programme in 2008, Tom has been carrying out valuation work for the past nine years across the South West and South Wales, gaining extensive experience in all sectors of the market.
Tom said: “This is a great opportunity to reinforce CBRE’s capital markets offering and having started my career in valuation, I am excited for this new challenge to begin.
“My absolute priority will be further enhancing the service we offer to our clients, and working closely with the existing team to grow our offering.”
CBRE Bristol head of capital markets Andy Sayner added: “Our capital markets team has transacted over £1bn of property in the South West and South Wales over the last 10 years.
“Tom’s appointment is a reflection of the fact that we are now at a point in the market where it makes sense to grow our offering even further. He has a great wealth of experience at CBRE and has an outstanding track record of client service.”
