Budget airline easyJet, the largest operator at Bristol Airport, is to increase the frequency on 15 of its routes from the airport, providing an extra 10,000 seats for passengers this summer.

The extra flights have gone on sale today to provide additional capacity on popular summer holiday routes from Bristol including Dalaman, Faro, Ibiza and Split, until the end of September.

Commercial Manager Ali Gayward said: “Due to increased customer demand we are retaining an additional aircraft in Bristol throughout the summer to make some of our most popular destinations even more accessible to people in the South West.

“Passengers flying from Bristol will now find it even easier to jet off and soak up the sun with additional flights to holiday favourites such as Majorca, Bodrum, Crete and Sardinia on offer.”

The airline flies to 43 destinations from Bristol Airport. The additional summer capacity will be available on the following routes:

Faro

Geneva

Heraklion (Crete)
