The Bristol office of national law firm Bevan Brittan has announced the death of partner Tim Rowe.
Tim Rowe, pictured, died following a short illness. He joined Bevan Brittan in February as an equity partner in the property team based in Bristol and was previously a partner at Bristol-headquartered TLT. Before that he worked at Wright Hassall in Royal Leamington Spa.
Tim was known nationally for his work on large-scale developments and he acted on a number of significant mixed-use real estate projects.
His biggest client was the Canal & River Trust (formerly British Waterways Board) for which he acted for many years. He also had a number of significant instructions for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and a range of other public and private sector clients.
Bevan Brittan managing partner Duncan Weir said: “The thoughts of our partners and the staff of Bevan Brittan are with Tim’s family at this time.
“We all feel a great sense of sadness at the loss of such a valued fellow partner and colleague. In the short time he was with us, he built a strong reputation within the firm – and was highly successful in developing a personal portfolio of commercial clients, many of whom are household names.”
Tim Rowe received a number of endorsements in recent years, and was independently recognised as an expert in the field of real estate by Chambers UK guide to the legal profession.
