Five lawyers in national law firm Bevan Brittan’s Bristol office have been included in its latest round of promotions, including a new partner.
The new appointments are litigation, advisory & regulatory team member Fran Mussellwhite, who is promoted to partner from senior associate, new legal director Charlotte Scourfield (commercial & infrastructure), new senior associate Angela Lovett (also commercial & infrastructure), and new associates Roger Carver (litigation, advisory & regulatory) and Miriam Bishop (property).
Fran, pictured, is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer specialising in public procurement. A member of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association, she has previously been named an ‘associate to watch’ in the field of public procurement by the Chambers UK legal directory.
Bevan Brittan Bristol office head Rosemary Jago said: “I am delighted that we are promoting five lawyers here in Bristol – my congratulations go to them. All five are very talented individuals getting the recognition they deserve with these hard-earned promotions and I look forward to seeing them grow with us in their new roles.

“Collectively, we are well placed to continue growing our presence in the city and these promotions, which highlight the strength and depth of the legal talent we have on offer at Bevan Brittan, will help us to achieve that.”
