Bath Road Studio proves fertile ground for expanding digital consultancy Wattle

Creative digital consultancy Wattle has expanded into newly refurbished office space at Bristol’s Bath Road Studios following a period of growth. 

The firm has taken an additional 840 sq ft of space in the landmark former HTV television studio building and now occupies 1,230 sq ft in total.

Founded in 2012 by David Abraham, Wattle takes a strategic, creative approach to software and technology. Its team has expanded year on year and is currently supporting local organisations such as the City of Bristol College with web-based development projects.

The building, managed by Bristol-based Ashville Asset Management, was the subject of a £1.35m refurbishment which finished two years ago that upgraded almost 20,000 sq ft to provide creative office space with facilities for occupiers including a spacious break-out area, an on-site Friska café and Pilates studio and a remodelled reception area.

More refurbishment is now taking place to create design-led office spaces, complementing the existing range of practical and flexible office space.

Joint agents Cushman & Wakefield and JLL are marketing the available office, with suites from 76 sq ft up to 1,766 sq ft.
