Law firm Ashfords has made up three of its Bristol-based lawyers to associate as part of a round of promotions across four of its offices.
The firm, which has bases in Bristol, Exeter, London, Taunton, Tiverton and Plymouth, has promoted Jack Baumgardt (business risk and regulation), Alex Aisthorpe (company commercial) and Kirsten Currer (employment) in its Bristol office.
It has also promoted seven lawyers to associates across its offices in Exeter, London and Plymouth while real estate lawyer Stephanie Gillam becomes a senior associate in its Exeter office.
Stephanie advises on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, particularly mixed-use development schemes and energy and waste-related land and development.
Her promotion underpins Ashfords’ real estate offering as one of the largest in the South West while the latest round of promotions boosts the number of senior associates at the firm to 15 and associates to 59.
Ashfords chairman Mark Lomas, pictured, said: “This year has seen another strong round of promotions for Ashfords and reflects our commitment to encouraging growth and development of our people.
“We are delighted to announce these promotions in recognition of their contribution to the firm’s ongoing success.”
Ashfords head of HR Ken Bryant added: “Promoting a culture that develops, recognises and rewards talent, commitment, and contribution from our people is a key priority for us.
“These promotions are thoroughly deserved and I am very pleased to congratulate them and look forward to their ongoing success.”
Ashfords employs around 500 people across its offices.
