Chartered surveyor and property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened its Bristol team by recruiting Adrian Gladstone to the role of associate partner.
Adrian, pictured, joins from Capita Health Partners and brings with him nine years’ experience in the commercial, residential and health sectors. 
Working in the building consultancy department, his specialisms include project management, design and specification, condition surveys and feasibility studies.
Adrian said: “My aim is to consolidate and extend the department’s client base and revenue, whilst also growing the team.
“It is a very exciting time for the construction sector and I’m looking forward to assisting clients with my understanding and experience of project monitoring design and specification, and professional services such as dilapidations, defect investigation and building surveys. There is a wide range of industry expertise at Sanderson Weatherall and I’m looking forward to working with and learning from my colleagues.”
Adrian will work alongside partner Mark Sheridan and will enhance the team’s combined knowledge and experience in the building consultancy and construction sectors working with clients south of Birmingham, across the South West and into South Wales.

Sanderson Weatherall employs around 200 people and has a turnover of £15m. It operates nationwide from offices in Newcastle, Teesside, Darlington, York, Leeds, Manchester, London, Bristol and Exeter and recently opened in Birmingham.
It provides a complete range of property, machinery and business asset services across retail, residential, offices, industrial, leisure, roadside, healthcare, public sector and third sector.
