Property agency Savills has appointed Dan Harris as an associate in its Bristol office’s new homes team following its busiest period since before the recession.
Dan, pictured, was previously a cost and purchase management consultant and ran a business supplying Energy Performance Certificates. He has also worked as a marketing and recruitment manager in the franchise sector.
After securing a BA in English from UWE, Dan studied at Sorbonne University in Paris. He also has an MA in marketing from Kingston University.
At Savills he will support the new homes team in providing sales and marketing expertise to developer clients for new homes and refurbished properties.
Savills’ head of new homes in Bristol, George Cardale, said: “With February of this year having been our busiest month since 2007, the demand for our services is at a premium. As such, I am delighted that we’re now able to expand our new homes team to meet that demand and to help us exceed client expectations.
“Dan is a welcome addition to the team, bringing with him a great deal of energy, enthusiasm and valuable experience and I have no doubt that he will provide our clients with a high level of service and support.”
