Property agency GVA has expanded its office agency team in Bristol with the appointment of Alex Riddell as a senior surveyor.
Alex, pictured, joins GVA at a time of strong growth for the Bristol office and its office agency team in particular, which has just been placed at the top of the Estates Gazette league table of Bristol agents for the first time. 
Alex’s role will include advising on acquisition and marketing of office space for a range of clients in Bristol and the South West.
Alex graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Business Property Management, and first worked for Parrys in South Wales, gaining experience across the office, industrial and retail sectors. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Director of office agency at GVA in Bristol, Richard Kidd, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Alex to the team at a time when we are returning to take-up levels in the city not seen since the start of the recession. The office market is well into recovery mode and Alex is joining at an exciting time in the cycle.”
