Independent Bristol property consultancy Williams Gunter Hardwick has broadened its range of business space expertise with the appointment of Mike Woodliffe as senior surveyor.
Mike, pictured, has nearly 20 years’ experience in the South West property market having worked with Donaldsons (now DTZ) and, more recently, with Colliers International, acting both for major property landlords and corporate occupiers.
In particular, he has acted extensively for blue-chip occupiers including Nationwide Building Society and Barclays Bank, as well as various Government departments.
Williams Gunter Hardwick partner Andrew Hardwick said: “Mike brings with him a great knowledge of the regional marketplace in both office and industrial space.
“His appointment comes at a time when our client base has grown significantly and extends what we can offer the marketplace – particularly in terms of agency, asset management and occupier consultancy.”
Mike added: “I’m really pleased to join such as well-respected and independent Bristol firm with such a strong client base and range of instructions.
“The commercial property market is showing increased resilience as the economy continues its recovery and we are seeing a marked increase in demand for commercial premises as business confidence grows – with Bristol well placed to capitalise upon the opportunities this presents.”
