National property consultancy Aitchison Raffety has opened its first office in Bristol, and its its 12th office across England, to strengthen its service to clients in the South West.
The independent chartered surveying and town planning practice said the office, in the showpiece Spectrum building on Bond Street, was an important part of its expansion plans.
Aitchison Raffety, which provides a range of services spanning business rates and building surveying to planning and valuation work, has already made its first key appointment in Bristol, taking on Dom Rosenbaum as an associate director in its healthcare team.
Aitchison Raffety regional director for Bristol and the South West Richard Maden said: “Our Bristol office will form a hub for our growing team to collaborate and will be a focal point for the local expertise which is crucial to making well-informed decisions in the property sector.

Dom Rosenbaum, pictured, will lead the company’s healthcare service across the South West, complementing its established team in the North and South of England.
Dom brings 14 years’ post-qualification experience having worked across a broad range of property sectors including commercial and residential.
His primary role will be to assist the company’s expansion across the South West, undertaking valuation and professional work for healthcare investors, developers and GP surgeries.

Dom Rosenbaum previously worked for regional property consultancy Alder King and, more recently, in the local authority sector.
