Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has further bolstered its Bristol-based dental team with the appointment of Luke Chidgey as a business agent.
Luke will focus on managing dental practice transactions across the South West and South Wales as demand in the market remains buoyant, particularly among independent practices. 
He brings more than seven years’ experience in the property market to his new role, most recently with agents Allen & Harris, where he had been a branch manager in Bath.
Christie & Co said he had has worked extensively across the South West “building a deep understanding of the region and its unique opportunities”.
It added that his impressive track record in real estate sales, combined with his local knowledge, positioned him perfectly to assist dental practice owners in achieving their business goals.
Luke, pictured, has joined Christie & Co at the start of what it said was sure to be another busy year in the dental market, with significant activity anticipated across the region, particularly from the independent market.
