Global property consultancy Knight Frank has taken the wraps off its new Bristol office, the latest in the city centre to emphasise staff wellbeing, collaborative working and client events – including a spin room with colour LED lights and a disco ball.
The 4,500 sq ft base, which takes up one floor of the flagship Assembly B building on Cheese Lane, is also the latest in Bristol created by innovative workplace design company Interaction. 
Knight Frank commissioned Bath-headquartered Interaction to cater for different work styles for the 40 or so staff using the office – the answer is a space that includes desk seating, booths for focussed working and areas for collaborative working, pictured,
Design highlights include a centrepiece boardroom for client meetings, which features a giant TV monitor disguised as a piece of art.
As well as the funky spin room, there is also a refreshment area with a pool table and arcade machine.
Knight Frank’s branding is subtly reflected throughout the office – the staff breakout area includes terracotta tiles from Italy, which resemble the firm’s logo.
Knight Frank Bristol partner Christian Crawfurd described the finished product as “stunning”.
“It really is a testament to Interaction’s creativity and professionalism,” he said. 
“The space was delivered on time, within budget and problems along the way were solved by the Interaction team before we even knew they existed!”
Interaction creative lead Pamela D’Alessandro, pictured, added: “Knight Frank wanted a showpiece modern office which properly represented their culture while also being the perfect space to host clients.
“Their new Bristol office certainly provides that and more. It also reflects the landmark building’s focus on wellbeing and community.”
Headquartered in London, Knight Frank employs more than 20,000 people in 488 offices across 57 countries.
It advises clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants.
Interaction has been behind a raft of state-of-the-art and wellbeing-focused offices in Bristol over recent years, including international law firm Osborne Clarke’s HQ in the Halo building, which earlier this month won the Fit Out Workplace title at the prestigious British Council for Offices’ (BCO) annual awards.
It has also created workspaces in the city for global engineering consultancy Arup in the new EQ building on Victoria Street and for fast-growing software development and digital services specialist Amdaris, cybersecurity firm Immersive Labs and FemTech business Elvie.
