Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has appointed Gabriela Williams as a business agent to support its leisure team in the in the South West and Midlands.
Gabriela, pictured, will be based in the firm’s Bristol and Birmingham offices, from where she will primarily focus on working with leisure businesses and increasing Christie & Co’s presence across both regions.
This will include marketing holiday parks, residential caravan parks, visitor attractions and marinas along with other leisure businesses that are neither hospitality nor retail.
Gabriela, who previously worked for independent estate agency Boydens in Colchester and in the London prime market, said: “I look forward to contributing to the growth of the sector.
“There are certainly some fantastic leisure opportunities across the Midlands and South West and I’m eager to help these businesses sell for the best price or grow their portfolios.”
