Clare Boden was appointed as corporate tax director in Haines Watts’ Bristol office in April, joining from Evelyn Partners’ Bristol office, where she worked for nearly four years. She advises owner-managed businesses on corporate tax planning, restructuring and transactions. Her expertise ranges from real estate, tech and construction sectors.
